LOL, I have already taught my girls this – no need to EVER wait for a man to buy her flowers. Flowers are so pretty and bring me so much joy, if I see some that I want and that will make me happy… I buy ’em.
You know what? I was thinking…the lesson here is that no one needs to EVER wait for a man for much of anything! 🙂 They’re nice to have around, but our happiness does not depend on them. Nor theirs on us. Our happiness depends on ourselves.
You’re right, of course, Dawn. Though it’s not always so easy to remember, at least for me.
